Un-altered since constuction circa 1935,insignia comprises of Cupal eagle and Totenkopf period applied 100%! Cap has all so called bells and whistles, original cap spring remains in place giving the cap perfect shape, a large white early SS-RZM cloth label behind the very soft and supple leather sweat band, SS/RZM stamp to visor underside, the Vom Reichsfuhrer SS large black silk label beneath the embossed gold runes under the celluloid diamond, the leather chinstap is also marked RZM/SS.
There is a name tag in the slot provided in the celluloid diamond
with some effort it may be possible to decypher the pencilled name etc.The cap condition is overall superb, used but not abused, there is one or two moth nips here and there however not distracting.
